Willowherb Hawk-moth

DistributionPhenologyReporting RatePhotos
A very rare migrant(?) to the UK, this species has not been recorded in Kent. Like a mini Oleander Hawk-moth, this species may only have arrived in the UK through imported goods at ports (Keyhaven and St Katherine's Dock the only two records).
Grade 1 — adults are generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species, but records outside documented range or flight period may require photos.
